一类为温度补偿类NPO电介质这种电容器电气性能最稳定,基本上不随温度、电压、时间的改变,属超稳定型、低损耗电容材料类型,适用在对稳定性、可靠性要求较高的高频、特高频、甚高频电路中。

二类为高介电常数类X7R电介质由于X7R是一种强电介质,因而能制造出容量比NPO 介质更大的电容器。这种电容器性能较稳定,随温度、电压时间的改变,其特有的性能变化并不显著,属稳定电容材料类型,使用在隔直、耦合、傍路、滤波电路及可靠性要求较高的中高频电路中。

三类为半导体类Y5V电介质这种电容器具有较高的介电常数,常用于生产比容较大、标称容量较高的大容量电容器产品。但其容量稳定性较X7R差,容量、损耗对温度、电压等测试条件较敏感,主要用在电子整机中的振荡、耦合、滤波及旁路电路中。




  独石电容比一般瓷介电容器大(10pF~10μF),且电容量大、体积小、可靠性高、电容量稳定,耐高温,绝缘性好,成本低等优点,因而得到广泛的应用。独石电容器不仅可替代云母电容器和纸介电容器,还取代了某些钽电容器,广泛应用在小型和超小型电子设备(如液晶手表和微型仪器)中。

Monolithic capacitors than ordinary ceramic capacitor large (10pF~10 μ F), and electric capacity, small volume, high reliability, stable capacitance, resistance to high temperature, good insulation, low cost, so it has been widely applied.Monolithic capacitor can not only replace the mica capacitor and capacitor, also replaced some tantalum capacitors, widely used in small and miniature electronic device (such as a liquid crystal watches and instruments).
