Registers
Three OBC accesses are necessary to update the
overall register, so rst stall the integrator by setting
AFC_STALL to 1, then update the values. Unfreeze
the process by setting AFC_STALL back to 0.
The initial value of AFC_INIT_FREQ is 0 in all three
registers.
5.5.3 Demod Parameters Register 5 (0x0B)
This is an 8-bit wide, read/write register.

Soft Bit Decision

If this bit is 0, the L64781 produces three soft bit
decisions. If it is 1, it produces four soft bit decisions.
The initial value of SOFT_BIT is 1.
