6.1. SET TIME

Attention: The transmission of the official time is guarantied only if the received time
information is not overwritten manually. The “Set Time” option should only be used
for demonstration purposes or if no official time has been received.

After time has been set with the UP and DOWN buttons, settings must be confirmed by
pushing ENTER. The display will then show:

Yes or No can be selected by toggling between the two with the UP or DOWN buttons.
By choosing “ YES ” , it is determined, that the current status of the local area is
“Daylight saving time active” (e.g. in July in Germany, DST is active).
By choosing “ NO ” , it is determined that the current status of the local area is “Standard
time active” (e.g. in December in Germany, standard time is active).
Remark: If the selection DST free area? = Yes has been made within initial settings, NO will
be displayed and can not be edited.
