Single and Dual Row Squarestix

FEATURES:
Squarestix are available with several pin lengths to
meet your design needs.
Break feature allows strips to be cut to the number of
positions desired.
Side-to-side and end-to-end stackable.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Body material is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Polyester
Thermoplastic (PBT).
Pins are Phosphor Bronze, 3/4 hard per QQ-B-750.
Pin plating options are as follows:
0: 100m [2.54mm] min. Tin per MIL-T-10727 over
50m [1.27mm] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290.
1: 10m [.25mm] min. Gold per MIL-G-45204 over
50m [1.27mm] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290.
2: 10m [.25mm] min. Gold over 50m [1.27mm]
min. Nickel, as in option 1, on upper por-
tion of pin, and 100m [2.54mm] min. Tin over
50m [1.27mm] min. Nickel, as in option 0, on
balance of pin.
Current rating=1.5 Amps.
Operating temperature=221°F [105°C] Tin plating,
257°F [125°C] Gold plating.
MOUNTING CONSIDERATIONS:
Suggested PCB hole size=.045 ± .002 [1.14 ± .05] dia.
