Features
Disposable Foot Grounder
Low cost static control for visitors and temporary situations.
Conductive connection from person to walking surface.
Simple application encourages use.
No glue or metal to mark the upper part of the shoe.
Yellow color for high visibility.
Don’t allow visitors to bypass your ESD control program. Ground visitors
with disposable foot grounders. By grounding people in the work area, the
opportunity for static related damage is reduced.
This cost effective disposable foot grounder provides static protection and is ideal for one-
time use applications. Excellent for short term use by visitors in electronics manufacturing
or for field service and remote electronic equipment installations.
This heel grounder provides a conductive path from the person to the walking surface.
Adhesive holds the grounder to shoe sole. No metal clips or glue are attached to the upper
part of the shoe, avoiding wear. Yellow color makes heel grounder verification simple.
Grounders are packaged 100 per bag with instructions.

Instructions
Application Notes:
- Wear grounders on both shoes to maintain ground contact when walking.
- Excessive dirt on the shoe sole may reduce the adhesion of the grounder
to the shoe.
- These grounders do not contain a 1 meg resistance. Exercise appropriate
precautions near exposed voltage.

1. Remove
cover to

tape.

heel and place inside
shoe.
4. Make certain the
grounder stays under
the foot when the
shoe is on. Repeat for
other shoe.
