Overview
The Digi One IA Modem provides reliable, cost-effective
remote access to industrial equipment. Users can quickly and
easily access, control or collect event data from RS-232 serial
devices using standard telephone lines.
This compact, rugged v.92 56K external modem is designed
speci?cally to connect Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs),
Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), ?ow meters and other remote,
industrial-grade serial devices. Used in tandem with other Digi
serial servers, the Digi One IA Modem is ideal as a failsafe dial
line backup for serial-to-Ethernet connections.
Installing the Digi One IA Modem is quick and easy. Simply
attach the modem to the DIN rail and connect the power
