FLAMBEAU ? ZERUST ? PRODUCTS STOP RUST
by releasing an invisible, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-reactive proprietary corrosion inhibit-
ing vapor that protects metal components from corrosion for up to five years. Flambeau Zerust cor-
rosion inhibitor is molded directly into plastic. Inside a relatively well-sealed package made from
Flambeau Zerust materials,or within an enclosure containing them, this vapor will settle on all
exposed metal surfaces, forming a very thin protective layer (only a few molecules thick). This molecular layer
inhibits the electrochemical reactions at the surface of the metal that cause corrosion.
Flambeau Zerust products do not affect the electrical or mechanical properties or functionally of the metal components that they protect. In
fact, they actually help improve reliability by preventing corrosion damage too small to be seen by the naked eye. See page 34 for ordering

protective storage for sterling silver items. The patented Tarnish
Inhibitor additive forms a harmless protective layer around
silver surfaces preventing tarnishing for up to five years.
