Assembly Instructions
Run grounding cable (ring terminal end)

through top plate and through support
column. For 3M Wrist Strap Testers
740, use cable included in this kit. For
model 747, use the wire packaged with
that wrist strap tester.
Make sure that grounding cable is also

placed through the isolation gasket.
Secure the ground cable ring terminal to

the base plate using the bolts provided
(fasten to center hole).
Install the isolation sleeves inside the
4.
pre-drilled holes at the base of the
support column. Next, insert a
washer/head bolt into the sleeve
and hand tighten by turning the bolt
clockwise onto the threaded hole at
the base of the support column. Use a
Phillips Head screwdriver to tighten the
assembly.
Adhere the provided 3M
5.
Dual Lock
Reclosable Fasteners on both the top
plate and the 3M wrist strap tester.
Place tester over top plate and push
down to adhere both strips of Dual Lock
fasteners to each other. Make sure that
tester and top plate assembly make a
tight bond.
