Functional description

H = HIGH voltage level;
h = HIGH voltage level one setup time prior to the HIGH-to-LOW CP transition;
L = LOW voltage level;
l = LOW voltage level one setup time prior to the HIGH-to-LOW CP transition;
Z = high-impedance OFF-state;
↑ = LOW-to-HIGH clock transition.
