Rubber Keypad Repair Kit
Do you have anything that can fix the rubber contact on my remote?
"This AppGuide refers to an older version of our Rubber Keypad Repair Kit.
Please visit our website for information on our new and improved Kit.
For the past two years, our R&D department has been working on a Rubber
Keypad Repair Kit that is acceptable in quality to M.G. Chemicals
standards. We can finally say “YES” to the above question. M.G. Chemicals
is proud to introduce our very own “Rubber Keypad Repair Kit”. This easy
to use kit permanently repairs rubber keypads. Kit comes with everything
you need: stir stick, applicator swabs, contact cleaner, conductive coating,
primer prep and adhesive.
Directions
1. Clean defective contact with Contact Cleaner.
2. Apply Primer Prep onto contacts.
3. Use applicator to apply a thin even coat of
Super Glue Liquid onto contact.
4. Wait for Super Glue Liquid to dry;
approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Thoroughly stir container of Conductive
Coating using stir stick.
6. Using the swab from step 2, apply a thin even
coat of the Conductive Coating over contact.
7. Allow to cure for 24 hours before returning
