Arguments
preEC
postEC
a pointer to the buffer of data before the AEC algorithm has been
applied
a pointer to the buffer of data after the AEC algorithm has been
applied
Return Value
An estimate of the ERLE.
Remarks
This is a crude estimate of the ERLE of the current frame of data.
