The MA_Data_Request is sent from the external controller LLC layer to the AMIS49587 local MAC sublayer to request
a DLC frame transmission. This request must be received by the AMIS49587 in the timeslot preceding the transmitting
one.
When the AMIS49587 receives in the same time (same timeslot) an MA_Data_Request from the external controller and
a frame made up of one subframe with a repetition credit at zero from the mains, it ignores the frame received from the mains.
In all other conflict cases, it refuses the application micro controller request.
