OL must be externally limited as follows:

OL per port pin: 10 mA
Maximum total IOL for all output pins: 25 mA (15 mA for AT89S4051)

OL exceeds the test condition, VOL may exceed the related specification. Pins are not guaranteed to sink current greater
than the listed test conditions.
2. Minimum VCC for Power-down is 2V.
3. P1.0 and P1.1 are comparator inputs and have no internal pullups. They should not be left floating.
