The HCS512 decoder target board must be powered
(V DD = 5V) and the target oscillator circuit must be run-
ning at 4 MHz (verify pin 15 output = square wave @ 1
MHz).
Note:

Pin RB4 is only accessible through the
prototyping pads around the main pro-
cessor in this revision of the Evaluation
Kit II board (01584 rev. B).
