executive to do nothing, but generate a response. This
command is used as a “sanity check” to verify that the
programming executive is operational.

The READD command instructs the programming
executive to read N 16-bit words of memory starting
from the 24-bit address specified by Addr_MSB and
Addr_LS. This command can only be used to read
16-bit data. It can be used to read data EEPROM,
Configuration registers and the device ID.
