F727 fiber optic connectors for ultra tight cable structure
Radiall releases a range of standard interface fiber optic connectors specially designed for ultra tight
cable structure (typeABS0963 -003LF used in aeronautic and harsh environment applications).
The distinctiveness of this cable is that all the elements are tightened thus preventing any
movement of the fiber inside the buffer and jacket. Such a structure requires special
parts and a new installation process to guarantee the free sliding of the 900m
buffer inside the jacket and the pull-proof characteristics of this “Physical
Contact” connector family.

Radiall's solution meets all these requirements.
Also available in SC-T and FC-T versions. Refer to the table below for part numbers.
Ablack color boot differentiates these new connectors from the standard version.
LC MECHANICAL PERFORMANCES - According toARINC 801 specification.
Optical performance is similar to the standard connector range. Environmental performance depends on cable specification.

For the LC-T, the user can choose between two methods of resin injection. Either by the
connector's rear body or by the front through the optical ferrule if the operator already familiar
with the assembly process of the LuxCis termini contact. For SC-T and FC-T, the standard
injection method by the connector rear body should be used.
Curing ovens without a unit block can be ordered using following part numbers
