ERGONOMY
Special attention must be taken in order to make the sensor
easy to use. The second level packaging (the box that
contains the FingerChip and other electronic components)
must allow the user to continuously touch the device during
sweeping. Nothing should be placed in the path of the finger.
To make sure the finger touches the device, it is better to
allow the user to curl his/her finger around the second level
packaging. This also depends if you are standing or sitting in
front of the device. For instance, it is very difficult to put your
finger flat on a wall in front of you (see figure).
