features blind tapped mounting holes, allowing secure
installation on panels. CMI version saves space by using
rear panel jackposts to attach the connector.
Mates to Standard M83513 Connectors– GMDE
connectors meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-83513 and
feature TwistPin contacts for best performance.
Meets MIL-STD-810 Immersion– The nitrile O-ring and
a special epoxy wire sealing process allow GMDE
connectors to meet immersion requirements.

Protect Your Equipment with Ruggedized Micro-D Connectors
Tactical communications boxes must be sealed to prevent water ingress. Standard M83513 type Micro connectors can
be difcult to seal to a bulkhead. The ange is too narrow for a gasket, and sealing with RTV can be time-consuming and
messy. The Glenair GMDE connector with O-rings provide a better way to seal the connector.
