Note 1: Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings
may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute
Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device
reliability and lifetime.
Note 2: This IC includes overtemperature protection that is intended
to protect the device during momentary overload conditions. Junction
temperatures will exceed 125癈 when overtemperature protection is
active. Continuous operation above the speci ed maximum operating
junction temperature may result in device degradation or failure.
Note 3: The LTC3670 is guaranteed to meet performance speci cations
from 0癈 to 85癈. Speci cations over the 40癈 to 85癈 operating
temperature range are assured by design, characterization and correlation
with statistical process controls.
Note 4: Dynamic supply current is higher due to the gate charge delivered
to the buck regulators internal MOSFET switches at the switching
frequency.
