Command Interval Time
The enable signal must meet the following interval timing conditions:
Control Data Format
Data is read in on the rising edge of the clock.
The 16 grayscale levels of data before the rising edge of ENABLE are valid as the number of data pulses.
The input data is latched on the rising edge of ENABLE.
ENABLE must be held high while this IC is not being controlled.
The 16th clock (for D12) must be held high until ENABLE goes high.
