Constant current (100%) setting
When VREF = 1.5V
IOUT = VREF/5/RF resistance
= 1.5V/5/0.3 Ω = 1.0A
Chopping frequency setting
Fchop = Ichop/ (Cchop × Vtchop × 2)
= 10 μ A/ (220pF × 0.5V × 2) = 45.4kHz
Timer latch time when the output is short-circuited
Tcem = Ccem × Vtcem/Icem
= 100pF × 1V/10 μ A = 10 μ s
