DESCRIPTION
The 38 D5 g roup flash memory version is the 8 -bit
microcomputer based on the 740 family core technology.
And the LCD drive control circuit, the A/D converter, and the
serial interface are implemented as additional functions. The
feauture of this version is similar to those of the QzROM version
except that the chip has a built-in flash memory. However, this
version cannot select the clock oscillation mode.
