Overview
This newly developed 1 to 1.5A class of Schottky barrier diode is compact and high-performance, suitable for power
supply circuits in mobile applications. The unique wireless bonding structure enables downsized package and high surge
resistance (more than 5 times as high as the conventional one). The lineups of the products are tailored to the wide-
ranging needs of super low VF and super low IR products.

With its unique wireless bonding structure, assures high surge resistance (IFSM=20A and more)
Small surface mount package (Mini type and SMini type)
Wide range of products enables choosing them in accordance with the intended use
Applications
Power supply circuit (especially DC-DC converter) in compact mobile applications such as Cellular phones, Minidisks,
Digital still cameras, Laptop PCs, Video cameras, and PDA.
Prevention of reverse current from the batteries
