FUNCTION
V CC . Place bypass capacitor as close as possible to the pin.
RF Output and Shutdown Logic Input. Output match is included on-chip. Couple SHDN logic control
through a 25k I resistor. DC logic-low shuts down the part.
RF Input. Requires a DC-blocking capacitor and an external inductor matching component.
Ground for RF Circuits. Connect to the 2nd layer PCB ground plane with a via next to the pad.
Ground for DC and Bias Circuits. Connect to the 2nd layer PCB ground plane with a via next to the
pad.
