Synchronous Video Data Inputs. D0 is the LSB; D9 is the MSB.
Pixel Clock Input in Configuration 1. See the Typical Operating Circuits .
Video Clock Input
Reserved for Future Use. Leave open.
Connect to Blue Laser Anode. If unused leave open. Available on the MAX3600/A/B only.
Blue Laser Supply Voltage
Ground Connections. Connect to 0V.
Data I/O for Serial Port
Active-Low Chip Select
Clock Input for Serial Port
Laser Enable Input. When low, laser current is reduced (3.3V CMOS input with 60k I resistor to V EE ).
Test. Connect to V EE for normal operation.
Noise Diode Supply Voltage
Connect to Noise Diode Anode. If unused, leave open. Available on the MAX3600/A/G only.
Green Laser Supply Voltage
Connect to Green Laser Anode. If unused, leave open. Available on the MAX3600/A/G only.
No Connection. There is no connection from the package to the IC.
Video Marker Input. 3.3V CMOS input with 60k I pullup to V CCD .
3.3V Analog Supply. Connect directly to V CCD .
Red Laser Supply Voltage
Connect to Red Laser Anode. If unused, leave open. Available on the MAX3600/A/R only.
3.3V Digital Supply. Connect directly to V CCA .
Reference Threshold Voltage for Synchronous Inputs
Periodic Off Video Data Input. If the periodic off feature is not used, connect the PO pin to ground
through a resistor. For periodic off on every pixel, connect PO to V CC through a resistor. (R PO ≈
2.2k I is suitable for all configurations. The resistor is optional, but reduces power.)
Exposed Pad. The exposed pad must be connected to V EE .
