Detector Output for the MAX6461/MAX6462/MAX6463: Push-pull (active-low or
active-high) and open-drain (active-low) options. OUT is asserted low when the
monitored input (V CC ) drops below the internal V TH- threshold and remains low
until the monitored input exceeds the internal V TH+ threshold. OUT is asserted
high when the monitored input (V CC ) drops below the internal V TH- threshold and
remains high until the monitored input exceeds the internal V TH+ threshold. The
open-drain output OUT requires an external pullup resistor. Output for the

Detailed Description
The MAX6461/MAX6462/MAX6463 voltage detectors
and the MAX6464/MAX6465/MAX6466 μP reset supervi-
sory circuits monitor battery, power-supply, and system
voltages from +1.6V to +5.5V. These devices consume

only 1μA of supply current with a 3.6V supply voltage.
Whenever V CC falls below the internal V TH - threshold,
the output is asserted and remains asserted until V CC
rises above V TH+ (V TH+ = V TH - × 1.05). All devices have
± 2.5% threshold accuracy over temperature and offer

ideal for low-cost and space-critical applications
because they do not require external components for
