Active-Low, Reset Output. RESET goes low when any input goes below its specified threshold. After all
inputs rise above their threshold voltage, RESET remains low for 5s (MAX6700) or for 200ms (MAX6710)
before going high. The open-drain RESET output has a weak (10A) internal pullup to IN2 or VCC.
