Voltage monitoring requires that V CC must be greater than or equal to 1.4V, but outputs remain asserted in the correct
state for V CC down to 1.0V.

For D0 window detector options and OV outputs, startup delay time is the time required for the internal reference/circuitry
to reach specified accuracy after the monitor is powered up from GND.
The input bias voltage is based off of V CC . The minimum value is given by the equation (0.1 x V CC + 0.51)V and the maxi-
mum value is given by (0.9 x V CC - 0.51)V.
