1. Absolute Maximum Ratings
(AVSS = VSS = 0.0 V)
*1: AVCC, AVRH, AVRL, DVRH and DVRL shall never exceed VCC.
DVRL shall never exceed DVRH. AVRL shall never exceed AVRH.
*2: VI and VO shall never exceed VCC + 0.3 V.
*3: The maximum output current is a peak value for a corresponding pin.
*4: Average output current is an average current value observed for a 100 ms period for a corresponding pin.
*5: Total average current is an average current value observed for a 100 ms period for all corresponding pins.
