Watchdog Load Enable.
If WLE = 1, the Watchdog timer can be loaded. If WLE = 0,
the Watchdog timer cannot be loaded.
General purpose flag 1.

If IDL = 1, the Idle mode is selected. If IDL = 0, the Idle mode is
