CHAPTER 6 PG-FP4 OPERATION IN STANDALONE MODE

[Voltage Setting] menu
The [Voltage Setting] menu is used to check the voltage level setting when programming the target device currently
connected to the PG-FP4. All the displayed values were set by the parameter file during the last programming
session.
This menu cannot be used to change the settings.
[Voltage Setting >]
? Pressing the Next button displays the Utility/Misc. menu.
? Pressing the Enter button displays the following commands that can be executed from the [Voltage Setting]
menu.
? Pressing the Cancel button displays the [Commands] menu again.
[ Vdd ]
↓ Next button
[ Vdd2 ]
Vdd displays the value of V DD supplied to the target device connected to the PG-FP4 in volts.
Vdd2 displays the value of V DD2 supplied to the target device connected to the PG-FP4 in
volts.
↓ Next button
[ Vdd Source ]
Vdd Source indicates the source of V DD supplied by the target device as either of the
following.
VDD from PG:
V DD is supplied from the PG-FP4.
VDD from device: V DD is supplied on the user system.

[ Clk Level ]
Clk Level indicates the voltage level of the clock signal as either of the following.
VDD
VDD2
↓ Next button
[ Ser Level ]
Ser Level indicates the voltage level of the serial communication signal. The high level of the
serial communication signal is indicated as either of the following.
VDD
VDD2
↓ Next button
[ Res Level ]
Res Level indicates the voltage level of the reset signal. The high level of the reset signal is
indicated as either of the following.
VDD
VDD2
↓ Next button
[ HS Level ]
HS Level indicates the voltage level of the handshake signal.
The high level of the
handshake signal is indicated as either of the following:
VDD
VDD2
↓ Next button
[ Vpp ]
Vpp indicates the value of V PP supplied to the target device connected to the PG-FP4 in
volts.
