Description
The PI5A751A is a high-frequency SPST (single pole, single throw)
switch. High OFF isolation and high bandwidth when ON is given
by using a T-switch configuration. The circuit can switch signals
up to the supply rails and will pass signals equally in either direc-
tion. Maximum On resistance is 18 over temperature.
With 13ns maximum switching times, 75dB off isolation and 300
MHz signal bandwidth, the PI5A751A is designed for RF switching
and video applications.
CMOS technology reduces power consumption under 2.5W over
the complete 40°C to 85°C range.
