For the purpose of this user guide, "receive" indicates data
flowing into the PP155 from the Midbus interface for
transmission through the Atlantic interface; "transmit" indicates
data received from the Atlantic interface for transmission
through the Midbus interface. Thus the Atlantic interface is the
source for transmit packets, and the sink for received packets.
