Apply 0 V to the VSS pin.

Power supply for the A/D converter.
Connect a capacitor between AVCC and AVSS.

Driving this pin low resets the MCU.

Connect this pin to VCC via a resistor.
Power-off mode exit

This pin is provided for input to exit the mode used in power-off
mode. Connect to VSS when not using power-off mode.
XIN clock input

These pins are provided for XIN clock generation circuit I/O.
Connect a ceramic oscillator or a crystal oscillator between pins
XIN and XOUT. (1) To use an external clock, input it to the XIN
pin and leave the XOUT pin open.
