Intelligent SMS Server
The MultiModem ? iSMS intelligent SMS server gives low-
bandwidth applications the ability to send information by
reliable, affordable SMS text messages. The solution is easy
to implement, by just inserting a SIM card and
plugging into an Ethernet network,
you can be connected within minutes
to the cellular GSM network. Once
connected, applications can send
instructions, status updates, alerts,
or other information to other systems
or personnel. Users can even use the
MultiModem iSMS server to configure
applications in the field.

· API commands allow businesses to integrate SMS text messages directly into
their systems and applications
· 1, 4, and 8 port models allow scalability for applications of any size
· Sends SMS text messages to specified machines and/or personnel
· Organizes recipients into as many as 50 distribution groups depending on the
type of information communicated
· Allows multiple concurrent users
· Address book allows import of a standard csv file format
· External load balancing for distributing loads among multiple units on the same
network (SF100-G model)
· Allows setup of up to 100 pre-configured messages
· Sends pre-defined SMS based on receipt of matching SMS and/or phone
number
