DC-DC Converter Period.
This register sets the PWM period for the dc-dc converter. The range is 3.906 s (0x40)
to 15.564 s (0xFF) in 61.035 ns steps.
Bit 6 is fixed to one and read-only, so there are two ranges of operation:
3.906–7.751 s, used for MOSFET transistor switching (Si3216M).
11.719–15.564 s, used for BJT transistor switching (Si3216).
