Remarks
1. Do not allow Pre-heating temperature to fluctuate more than ±6°C during
temperature rise.
2. The plastics used in the SM200 products are designed to withstand, for a short
time, the peak temperatures encountered in normal IR reflow processes. Excessive
exposure at or greater than peak temperatures is likely to cause the LED to fail.
