DESCRIPTION
Single Schottky rectifier suited to Switched Mode
Power Supplies and high frequency DC to DC
converters.
Packaged in SMA and SMB, this device is
especially intended for use in parallel with
MOSFETs in synchronous rectification and low
voltage secondary rectification.
