CAPABILITIES
Stock Products – “Off Our Shelf to Yours”
With over 300 in-stock product choices, Flambeau has the most extensive selection of injection boxes and heavy-duty blow
molded cases for applications in every industry. Most products are in-stock and ready-to-ship. Express Service? and Blue
Diamond programs (see overview section) make it easy to order with no minimums and/or low quantities with custom print-
ing. Any non-stock items are marked “ ” and are available through scheduled production. Although all of our cases are
available without foam, many blow molded cases are available with foam. We use two-pound polyurethane convoluted foam in the lid and
flat foam in the base (as shown). When the case is closed, lid and base foam touch to hold parts securely.

Because we understand the importance of customization , our stock proprietary products are designed to easily adapt to
your needs. For your convenience, we take our stock products “off-the-shelf” and add customization of your choice. *See
“Customized Stock and Custom Options” section starting on page 9 .
Contract Manufacturing – “Art-To-Part” Customization
Beyond our proprietary products, Flambeau offers total program management
from “art-to-part”. With a reputation of providing single-source solutions we are
prepared for your most challenging project. We utilize our in-house engineer-
ing and design services, prototyping, tool fabrication, unique product production
techniques, and post mold operations, such as custom assembly, so your specific
needs can be met. You can be sure that Flambeau will provide personal service as our
dedicated cross-functional associate team works the details. We make your vision a reality.
