Fehler bei Kontakten mit geschlossenen Crimphülsen
Diese Crimpverbindungen sind zu beanstanden und dürfen in keinem Fall
verwendet werden.
Crimping faults with closed crimp barrels
These crimp connections should be avoided and should not be used.
Leiter zu lang abisoliert, Abstand zwischen Isolierhülle
und Crimphülse zu gro?, Kurzschlussgefahr
Stripped part of the wire too long, gap between insulation and
crimp barrel too large. Danger of short circuit.
Kontakt im Crimpwerkzeug falsch positioniert.
Leitercrimp ungenügend. Bruchgefahr.
Incorrect location of the contact within the crimping tool.
Crimp connection inadequate. Danger of fracture.
Leiter zu kurz abisoliert, da Leiter im Sichtloch nicht
sichtbar. Leitercrimp ungenügend.
Stripped part of the wire too short because conductor is not visible
through inspection hole. Crimp connection inadequate.
Zugfestigkeit von Crimpverbindungen
Unter der Voraussetzung, dass die vom Hersteller angeordnete Crimph?he

monitoring of a crimped connection by measuring the tensile strength is
suggested.
