Adjust burst phase so that the lower extremity of the TP23A (Cb/Pb OUT) output waveform is at the second bar; the upper

Change the chroma input signal amplitudes to 10, 30, 300, and 600 mVp-p and measure the TP23A (Cb/Pb OUT) output
amplitudes F11, F31, F301, and F601.
