DESCRIPTION
The ? PC3227TB is a silicon germanium (SiGe) monolithic integrated circuit designed as IF amplifier for DBS
tuners. This IC is manufactured using our 50 GHz f max UHS2 (Ultra High Speed Process) SiGe bipolar process.
