NOTE 1: NOT FOR FREQUENT USE SUCH AS MACHINE GUARDS.
Safety Note
1. This valve cannot pr event cylinders shooting out when
a closed-centr e solenoid valve is used, or equipment
driving with a load factor of 50% or more.
2. When a r egulator is to be mounted on the secondar y
side, use a check valve regulator (AR**60). Standard
r egulators (AR2000, 3000, 4000) do not allow lar ge
volume back-flow.
3. Mount a lubricator, as necessar y, on the primar y side
(P port side) of the valve. When the lubricator is
mounted on the secondar y side (A por t side), oil back-
flows and is exhausted from port R.
4. The AV Series is not designed or cer tificated as a
Safety pr oduct within the definitions of BS EN954-1
Category 1,2,3 or 4 system, secondar y monitoring or
pr otection must be in place.
