TYPE
TYPE=1 specifies programming pulse duration.
TYPE=0 specifies strong pullup duration.
Z=1 checks if the 0-bits in the byte to be written are 0-bits in the byte read back form
the device.
Z=0 checks if the byte to be written is identical to the one read back from the device.
