This command turns the display on and off. When the display OFF command is executed
when in display all point ON mode, power saver mode is entered.

. Set Column address
This command specifies a DDRAM column address. The column address is split into two
parts (the upper 4-bits and the lower 4-bits) when it set. The column address is automatically
incremented by 1 each time the MPU accesses from the set address to the DDRAM.
Therefore, the MPU can access to data continuously. The column address stops to be
incremented at address 131 (83H), and the page address is not changed continuously.
