Description
The IBM43RF1111 SiGe High Dynamic Range 800-
2000 MHz Low Noise Amplifier design is imple-
mented in IBM Microelectronics Silicon-Germanium
(SiGe) technology. This amplifier can be used in
applications including IS-95/IS-98 and IS-136. Other
standard PCS applications will benefit from high
performance and low operating power require-
ments. It is also ideal for GPS front-end applica-
tions.
