Sample circuit using VBIAS3
Application as shown below is possible because power supply at the output stage is provided by VBIAS3.
VO1 = 3.3V stepped down in CH1 is supplied to VBIAS3. As the voltage of VBIAS3 – 1V is generated at VOUT3, the
MOS transistor can be driven even when the VBTT voltage is low as shown in the sample circuit.

Use in the step-down circuit (ch1 to 2)
In the step-down application shown in the figure, VCC lower than the set voltage VO+Vsat is determined to indicate
the short-circuit state, activating SCP.
For VCC < VO+Vsat at step-down
Use in the step-up circuit (ch3 to ch6)
In the step-up application shown in the figure, through-connection is formed via a route of VCC → L → D with STBY
OFF, so that the voltage remains in VO normally.
* In the sample circuit, through-connection with STBY OFF is cut off by MOSFET.
However, the voltage remains in VO when SCP is ON with STBY ON.
