LB11965M
Overview
The LB11965M is a single-phase bipolar drive motor driver that easily implements direct PWM motor drive systems with
excellent efficiency and supports supply voltages of 5, 12, and 24V. The LB11965M is optimal for fan motor drive in
refrigerators, servers, and similar equipment.
Features
Single-phase full-wave drive (28V, 1A transistors are built in)
Variable speed function controlled by an external input (externally controlled high side transistor direct PWM control)
12V single-voltage power supply (recommended voltage range: VCC = VM = 8 to 15V)
Also supports dual power supply specifications (VCC = 5V, VM = 8 to 26.4V)
Built-in 5V regulator (for Hall effect sensor bias)
Low current drain when stopped (when the VCONT pin is low)
Built-in lock protection and automatic recovery circuits
Built-in regenerative diode (Di); only requires a minimal number of external components.
