3 REGISTER & MEMORY MAP
As shown in Figure 4, the MCU is capable of ad-
dressing 8 Kbytes of memories and I/O registers.
The available memory locations consist of up to
384 bytes of RAM including 64 bytes of register lo-
cations, and up to 8K bytes of user program mem-
ory in which the upper 32 bytes are reserved for in-
terrupt vectors. The RAM space includes up to 128
bytes for the stack from 0100h to 017Fh.
The highest address bytes contain the user reset
and interrupt vectors.
