While observing Y1out of pin 37, find an SG frequency as the waveform
amplitude is maximum (fp25).

Set the bus data so that picture quality control frequency is 3.1MHz and
4.2MHz, and perform the same measurement as the above steps 2 through 4
at the respective frequencies (fp31, fp42).
